yourdestinydesign provides web design and digital services: bespoke website design, brand rebranding, content design, app UI design, and design retainer support. All delivered digitally.

2. Payment

Payment via Stripe. Orders confirmed upon successful payment.

3. Delivery

All services delivered digitally. Timelines begin when client materials are received. See Delivery Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. We retain portfolio reference rights unless otherwise agreed.

5. Governing law

Spanish law. Disputes subject to courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
