Yes. The Design Retainer is one of our five services. It works as a block of design time each month. Most clients use it for ongoing brand materials, website updates, and product iterations. Minimum three months.
Yes. We are comfortable working within a defined visual system. If there are elements of the identity that are causing problems, we will tell you. If the brief is to work within it without changes, we can do that.
Every project includes two structured revision rounds per major deliverable. Feedback is collected in writing, responded to in writing, and resolved in the next round. This keeps the scope clean and prevents the slow drift that ruins timelines.
We can do both. If you have a copywriter, we will work with their content. If you need copy, that is handled as part of the Content Design service or as an add-on to other projects. We do not design around placeholder text.
Yes. A significant part of our work is with clients on mainland Spain, the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands. All deliverables are digital. Calls are the main touchpoint and we are used to working across time zones.
Brand-only projects: 3 to 4 weeks. Website projects: 5 to 9 weeks. Brand plus website: 8 to 12 weeks. App UI: 6 to 12 weeks depending on scope. Timelines are fixed at the start of every project and we treat them as commitments.
