Three case studies in detail. Real results, no exaggerations.
Direct bookings up 41% after redesign
Gran Palacio needed a brand that matched the quality of their properties. The old website was losing guests to OTAs. We redesigned both.
We started with the visual identity because the old logo and colour system were making three 4-star hotels look like a budget chain. The rebrand took four weeks. The website redesign followed, with a dedicated booking engine integration and bilingual content throughout. Direct bookings through the website increased 41% in the six months after launch versus the same period the previous year.
First online store, 1,800 orders in year one
Islas Foods was a market stall business with no online presence. We designed the brand and built the store. Year one delivered 1,800 orders.
The founder had been selling traditional Canarian food products at local markets for seven years. The product was genuinely excellent. The presentation was a cardboard box with a printed sticker. We created a complete brand identity that reflected the heritage of the products without going overboard on nostalgia, and designed an e-commerce store with a focus on the product photography direction. The store generated 1,800 orders in its first twelve months.
App UI design from zero to launch in 10 weeks
NovaLink had working backend technology and no usable interface. We designed the full product UI in 10 weeks and it shipped to 40 enterprise clients at launch.
This was a compressed project from day one. The engineering team had built something solid but there was a board presentation in twelve weeks and a product that nobody could navigate. We ran a three-day discovery sprint, mapped the core user tasks, defined the design system, and built out 18 key screens with full interaction states. The product shipped on schedule and the client secured additional funding three months later.
